NYC Arrests: Data Integration & Visualization

• Designed dimensional model in Dataedo for NYPD Arrests Historical data (OpenData) and performed data profiling, data prep, and ETL for staging using Alteryx Designer
• Developed data integration workflow in Talend Open Studio and created dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for trend analysis and generating insights

We have used the New York City OData platform for obtaining the historic and YTD records of arrests provided by the Office of Management Analysis and Planning at NYC which can be found at the below links:
