Some context from the author
As I have started trying new distro to replace my unsupported PopOS22.04, I have stopped on Fedora 41 SilverBlue. While I love the concept of immutable system, and everything is a container, it does bring a chjalenge of how to develop Mixxx.
This is my attempt to provide a compressive solution. Note that I have been using a patched version of devpod to get this to work locally, but I haven't yet shared my patch for it.
