A simplified chat application build with Express, Vue and Socket.IO

Setup

1. Clone Project

    $ git clone https://github.com/mmattklaus/spotlight-chat.git

2. Enter project directory

    $ cd spotlight-chat

3. Install NPM packages

    $ npm install

4. Start development Server

    $ npm run start

5. Access application from browser

  > Visit: http://localhost:5000

Note: Application was programmed to use PORT 5000. Change this value as you which. Go to spotlight-chat/chat.js on line 5
