Better integrate with MultiQC

The VCF name change which was supported by v1.4 meant the output was displayed on a seperate row in MultiQC - this release keeps the naming consistent with other tools.

support mokawes v1.7+ where vcf has different name

downloads files named haplotyper.vcf.gz or (if these aren't found) refined.vcf.gz

Issue arose with package versions changing during conda install causing app to fail. Instead run from docker image.
