Dendzik 2020 Beamtime

End of beamtime release. This fixes a few issues and introduces a few improvements, including:

• calibrated settings for the beamtime
• new settings management
• added monochromator actual energy
• automatic energy calibration with ToF voltage, photon energy, sample bias offsets
• dld sector correction in settings
• included new settings for old 2017 beamtimes
