Mongo Kafka Connector 1.13.0

With this release, Kafka connector adds Custom Auth Provider interface to support AWS IAM auth for source/sink connectors. This release included a bug fix when trying to validate configuration for Source/Sink connectors and the configuration contains secrets and uses Provider framework.
