Many health related issues like obesity and overweight might be prevented by adopting a regular healthy diet. Patients of diabetics and many other diseases also need to maintain a food habit in which calories, carbohydrates, protein and fat consumptions are restricted. My-Food-Diary implements a user friendly way to track daily calorie intake and to help user maintain a healthy diet by suggesting evidence based food suggestions. Behind any successful habit, motivation performs a great task and to speed up the motivation process, My-Food-diary encourages pre defined goal and user rank based process.
