srun

This wrapper script allows to run programs on slurm with forwarding GUI to the submit host.

lsAllocCPU

Shows allocated and all available CPUs on the slurm cluster.

lsAllocRes

Shows all allocated resources on the slurm cluster.

lsFreeRAM

List free and total RAM on each nodes on the slurm cluster.

lsLoadCPU

Prints load of CPU on nodes of the slurm cluster.

lsStateNodes

Helps to get information about state of cluster machines.
