New methods and functions

Fix for 32-bit test failure. New methods toAer, toEnu, toLocal, toLtp, toNed and toXyz for all Cartesian and LatLon classes. New functions atan2, angle2chord, chord2angle, tan and tan_. Reworked module simplify. Updated copyright year. Numerous documentation updates.
