가로 드래그 범위 luy, rdy 는 모든 행의 '#' 문자 기준으로 병합해서 '#' 문자의 시작과 끝 인덱스를 구하면 된다. 문제 설명을 보면 끝 색인값에 오프셋으로 1이 추가됨 병합 로직에 대해서는 reducer 함수 참고 세로 드래그 범위 lux, rdx 는 '#' 문자가 있는 wallpaper 아이템의 첫 인덱스와 마지막 인덱스를 찾아내면 된다.
