Save and Open regions of interest
The detected locations of the object are returned as rectangular Regions Of Interest (ROI).
Both individual ROI (.roi) and sets of ROI (.zip) can be saved for further use.
NOTE: a region of interest can be added to the RoiManager by drawing a ROI on an image and pressing t.
To save a unique region of interest, click the ROI in the RoiManager and then More>Save...
To save a ROI set, deselect any ROI (Click Deselect in RoiManager) then More>Save...(make sure to use the extension .zip)
To open region(s) of interest, similarly open the RoiManager (Press t), then click More>Open... and select the .roi or .zip file.
