MtGox is dead and gone. Lets strip out some of the functions.
NOTE: I broke the OTCWebsite code I believe, or I don't know it well enough, so I had started some changes but reverted them... oopsies. This will need nanotube's handiwork to fix the site side. Market, OTCOrderBook, and removal of GoxMonitor are still suggested in this PR though.
