Using new ST logo and AMD Xilinx transitional logo. Generated a new PDF from the Google Slides.
I think the old docs folder is no longer public from trying the preview. Try in public docs folder.
The Google Slides deck has a bunch of back-up and draft slides at the end. Removes those slides for the PDF that is going on the website.
Update the pointer on the homepage to the new 2023-Q4 version of the PDF
Removed ghost bullets that were appearing in the PDF export. Moved title page to 1, ahead of the "gather the people" splash screen, since on website it's better to start with the title.

We will use LinkedIn to get the word out about our docs RFP. It didn't seem possible to attach the PDF to the post, so putting it in our docs on our website so we can link to it from the LinkedIn post.
