Brevmottakere skal valideres når brev sendes ut og når beslutter godkjenner et vedtak. Hvis brevmottakerne er ugyldige (postnummer og poststed til stede for utenlandske mottakere), skal kallene feile. Beslutter skal få lov til å sende vedtaket tilbake til saksbehandler hvis dette er tilfelle. :)
