  • improved seed retrieval: now independent from k-mer (reduced seed error)
  • Resolved bug in contig arrangement (some possible arrangement were not shown in the output file 'Merged_contigs...)
  • Improved merging of contigs with the 'chloro2' option
  • Generates a seperate fasta file for each assembly option (for 'chloro2' and 'mito')
