Circos figures

The heteroplasmy results can be visualized with Circos drawings.

1. Install Circos

2. Copy Circos files of NOVOPlasty

In the Circos folder of NOVOPlasty, you can find 7 files that need to be copied into the /bin folder of Circos. You can overwrite the existing files.

NOVOPlasty will generate two additional files that need to be copied in to the Circos /bin folder (Circos_mutations_project.txt and Circos_links_project.txt).

You can find additional information about these files in the sections "NOVOPlasty files" and "Output files".

3. Run Circos

When all the files are copied, you can run Circos:

circos -conf circos.conf
