Hi!
I saw from the introduction that this software is designed for use by prokaryotes. We now want to do a simple mammalian diploid for pan-genomics research. I don’t know if your software can achieve good results on animal pan-genomes.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I have read the thesis of pan-X published in 2018, it mentioned the comparison between pan-X and other workflows including orthoFinder orthoMCL Roary and panOCT. As far as I know, orthoFinder orthoMCL support the orthologues analysis without the limitation that must analyse with prokaryotes. So I think pan-X also support eukaryotes. But I can't figure out how to use a new species configuration.
