add a param in moveit launch to take care of the simulation URDF and the real URDF. Simulation URDF holds Xacros for ROS2 control. Therefore segregating the URDF.
Update the packages, so that rosdep can be easily installed by the buildbot or if planned to be eventually released as ROS binaries.
