When the USB devices talk dirty

This release adds PyPI support.
Now usb_resetter executable is only one pip install usb_resetter away.

This release adds possibility to reset individual USB hubs.
Also adds possibility to connect/disconnect devices.

When the USB devices don't like you

First (and probably lonely) release of usb_reset.py script.

This allows to fix broken / badly coded usb devices without the need to unplug / plug-in again.
