Resolves Dependabot trying to revert custom changes to the Docker nightly wf made in the query tool repo, as in 🔄 synced file(s) with neurobagel/workflows query-tool#407

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Remove query tool from list of repos to receive synced Docker nightly wf (since it has a customized version)
