After installing the OpenSourceLeg library and attempting to run an example script, I was prompted that there were 2 libraries were missing: libopenblas-dev and libatlasbase-dev. Worked after installation!

Added the missing libraries! Please checkout commit: 16ff7e7

Issue persists with RaspberryPi5 image and installing libopenblas-dev after apt-get update fixes it. This should be added to the image's packages file.
