This release provides:
- Updates docs.
- Using Drush install of Mink to install.
- Composer to install Drush. Phing target to make sure it's always available.
- Bundler support to handle puppet and librarian-puppet gems in the Vagrant host.
- Fixes permissions UID and GID issue.
