lianzifu (pinyin for 連字符 - connect character symbols) has been created to support the modding community of Risen 3: Titan Lords and ELEX. This tool allows you to unpack, pack, or merge the binary string tables for all platforms where the games have been released. It's used on the command-line and the default arguments expect the current working directory to be the root of the game. Note that lianzifu has no support for the game volumes - therefore you have to unpack the game packages to get access to the binary string tables.
Neither the developer Piranha Bytes, nor the publishers Deep Silver and THQ Nordic have anything to do with this project. All of the initial code has been developed by Nico Bendlin.
