It is important to point out that the truth of the provided information is not garanteed at all and a further comparison to literature is necessary for appropriate use. Moreover the code was intended to find organisms based on the highest count of hits for given words such as symptoms but it is not acurrate because the tables between the organism types differ too much. Anyway it can be used as a starting point to build something better
