Update
FilterWorkItemsThatAlreadyExistInTargetandShouldCreateNodesUpFrontto false.FilterWorkItemsThatAlreadyExistInTargetshould be false and at some point should be removed. It causes too many issues for users.ShouldCreateNodesUpFrontis necessary now as we have integrated it into the mapping engine.
