NReco.PrestoAdo

Presto/Trino ADO.NET Provider based on PrestoClient.

• uses Presto/Trino API v1 (headers prefix can be switched with "TrinoHeaders=1" in a connection string)
• can connect to Metriql
• compatible with .NET Core / NET6.
