doc: Updates to AWS IoT lib docs

NCSDK-28995

• Improve commands on how to install dependencies and usage of the AWS CLI.
• Improve instructions of AWS IoT setup for nRF70 Series

doc updates pending for the Create a policy section. The policy was not able to be created with the commands provided in steps 2/3 of the "Create a policy" section - discussed offline with Simon, and this will be taken care in a separate PR. Related Jira will be kept open.
