The repository contains both source code as well as GUI application (no color sketch functionality in the GUI application, I will add it soon). Algorithm source code is provided.
Based on Qt 5.5.0 (32-bit) and OpenCV 3.0.0
Currently installer is only for Windows. Download the .exe from the link below and install

Tested on Windows 7, 32-bit This software is for non-commercial use only.
