Maintenance Update for 1.19 Release

Features:

  • Simple administrative journal for test providers and test stations

Fixes/Enhancements:

  • Additional "Manage"-button to switch from test station tab in organization view to test station view
  • Fix status/previous status discrepancy in commissions (which caused inconsistent notification behavior)
  • Add screen messages for commission change notifications
