What is the current behavior?

The skeleton uses MUI v5

What is the new behavior?

The skeleton will use MUI v6 with Pigmet css.

Other information

Pigment css is a zero runtine css-in-js library. Unlike emotion or styled components, the CSS is not compiled dynamically by the browser when loading components - it is fully compiled during the project's build step.

Important note: Dynamic styles (based on props, for example) no longer work. You will need to use css variables. A couple of examples (with before & after code snippets) can be found here:
