Update and improve vessel DOSDP and crosswalk robot template

This PR updates the source to use the 7th release and also improve the pattern and templates.

• Fix the references for the definition.

  • When available, only gets the PMID, instead of both PMID and DOI.
  • Convert wikipedia links to CURIE
  • Convert DOI links to CURIE

• Fix the exact synonyms.

  • Use the FMA term label when it's different in the Vessel name
  • Add the FMA terms as xref in the vessel term

• Add part of relationship in DOSDP to represent the location of the vessel in the body

• Create term ID for the body sub part in the vessel organ crosswalk template

• Remove double :: in the FMA terms that are coming from the vessel organ crosswalk source table
