Odos Smart Order Routing (SOR) V2
We are excited to announce the release of Odos Smart Order Routing (SOR) V2.0, which introduces significant new features and improvements. This version continues to refine our Automated Market Maker (AMM) path finding algorithm and provides traders with even better performance and more options for their cryptocurrency token swaps.
What's New in Odos SOR V2
- Compact Call Data: We have introduced a more efficient execution method for layer 2 blockchains including Optimism, Arbitrum, and Base. The compact call data feature reduces the cost associated with transactions, thereby providing cheaper execution and saving our users money in transaction fees.
- Referral System: V2 introduces a brand-new referral system for our partners. This allows them to track their usage of Odos, providing insights into the volume and nature of transactions. Partners can also opt to add additional fees to transactions executed through their referral code, opening up a new revenue stream.
- Support for Uniswap Permit V2: We are now fully integrated with Uniswap Permit V2. This feature allows users to approve token transfers while executing a swap, reducing the number of transactions and thus saving on gas fees.
- Separate Multi Swap and Single Swap Functions: To enhance efficiency, we have divided the swap functions into separate entities. For single swaps, this can result in more cost-effective and efficient transactions, while still maintaining the advanced features of multi-token input and output for complex swaps.
