The i18n for Chinese has broken for a long time.
The ISO 639-1 code for Chinese should be zh as documented in loc.gov.
The problem was istroduced in skiselkov@746d8a5, So reverting it should fix this problem.And I also plan to update the existing Chinese i18n for BetterPushbackC
