How to install: 

1) Run INSTALL.sh from your shell. 
   (ex. $ sh INSTALL.sh)

2) Set appropriate path to "perl" at the first line of both pman3.cgi and install.cgi.

2) Next, launch install.cgi from your browser. 
   (ex. Open http://your_site_address/pman3/install.cgi from your browser)

3) After install, remove install.cgi from your server.
