Way More Translations + Xfce Quick Settings
This release adds a massive amount of translations provided by contributors from all over the world. Honestly, I've lost track 😛 Much thanks to all the translators working to make openSUSE a welcoming experience for people everywhere.
There's also quick settings available for Xfce now.

- Messages are no longer spammed to console

- Translations are no longer bundled in the binary, instead they're placed in /usr/share/openSUSE-Welcome/i18n/

- Mastodon social media is now listed
