  1. [VolumeControl.py[ Code adjustments to address feedbak 

    - Remove the restriction that stopped mute being applied if the volume was set to 0.
- When the volume is set to 0 silently apply mute to avoid a driver on VU+, and possibly other receivers, that do not silence the audio when the volume level is set to 0.
