This is a module developed to pass metadata from OpenBroadcaster, Artists/SongTitle/Show/Description and send this to a RDS encoder attached to transmitter. This is the same technology that displays Artist/SongTitle on the dash board of suitably equipped car radios.

RDS Has many other uses, including notifying addressable devices
