feat: Add nutripatrol integration (#1326)

* feat: switch to nutripatrol moderation service

* refactor: rename robotoff.slack into robotoff.notifier

* fix: add confidence score to image_flag prediction type

The confidence score was only stored in data->likelihood field

* fix: fix failing unit test
