Special periods

This release implements:

• Chart by lane or direction depending on the sensor type
• lot of bug fixes
• improved implementation of functional tests
• Management of special periods
• Filter now works also on sensor types
• Defined more mandatory fields on the database
• Defined rules for audit/log
• Add validity field to table section

• Show message when importing data to a count that already has data
