The lite plugins didn't have their poetry.lock files committed. This caused a problem with the release workflow expecting it. The lite plugins should have lock files so I created them and committed them.
They didn't get committed because of an over aggressing .gitignore path for django stuff. This was removed. If it is required later it can be added back with a more selective statement.
