Hmm... The pypi OIDC token failed for the upload. I don't have access to the aries-cloudagent account so I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe the old one needs to be deleted. |

This was the problem. I think deleting the old one might work. It's not usable anymore anyway as it points the old repo which doesn't exist. |

@jamshale OK the issue is these tokens are scoped, and a token from OWF will never have permission to publish in Hyperledger. I wonder if we can publish manually? If you tell me the steps to run I'll do it by hand. |

@ryjones Yes. We can do it manually. It should be pretty straightforward. I just need to go over it again and I will post some instructions here today. |
