Refactoring Rays - First example implementation to be: Chyp (Cospans of HYPergraphs - Aleks Kissinger)

As a possible way to add some grounding to the project, create a slice of it by implementing/creating a user interface to @akissinger 's Chyp (https://github.com/akissinger/chyp). - Would also be nice as a way to introduce the project to him, as he's likely embarking on a project in 2024 with a lot of overlap.

• Less hacky than OrbitMines Explorer - Preliminary Technical Implementation/Exploration #1
• Possibly compile python to wasm to directly interface with the code, otherwise just translate the ideas to a Ray.ts equivalent.
• Need to be able to compile both to the graphical string diagrams & the "proof documents" (which the diagrams would be too)

Some notes on controls from yesterday;

• touchscreen for mobile, if unavailable, possibly need substrate for computations which are heavy (wasm likely).
• probably just use localstorage for now
