[QA] Fix and unskip tests skipped in PR #10046

Describe the QA issue

GUI tests pipeline was on hold for a while but with PR #10046, the tests pipeline will run again. There are some test scenarios that are skipped in that PR because the desktop-client has some GUI changes and those tests need refactoring.

Here are those skipped tests and they need some refactoring:

• tst_vfs: all ([gui-tests-only] Unskip vfs tests #10073)

  Note: adding step user has waited for the files to be synced (see 510fdbf) after adding account works but we may want to wait for files to sync in the step that adds account (only in Given step)

• tst_addAccount: Scenario: Adding account with wrong credentials ([gui-tests] Update credential window selector with new name #10083)
• tst_addAccount: Scenario: Adding account with self signed certificate for the first time ([gui-tests] Update credential window selector with new name #10083)
