Fixed draggable/clickable area for Windows

PiTV Stable: 1.0.1

On Windows, you could install Developer build of 1.0.2 right now, due to some bug 1.0.1’s buttons may not be clickable.
Also, if you have FFMPEG pre-installed, you can install 1.0.0-fix version on Windows as well.
For the other OS’s, this is the current stable version (still I can suggest development build of 1.0.2).
