Dual 5015 Radial blower mod for 150mm and 190mm Tiny-M

Design prompts for this mod are: 

• To provide dual 5015 cooling capacity while maintaining full travel in X and Y axis without incurring a large weight penalty. 

Additional design parameters include:

• Keep fans and any additional weight centered on the x axis to avoid torque induced oscillations around the print head (no fang designs allowed).
• NOT affect overall design beyond fan mounting and location and keep modified parts and BOM of this mod to a minimum.
• Printed parts must not require supports

The M3x8mm screws MUST be BHCS for clearance with the tool head.

Typically no brim is required for the printed parts...depends on your setup.
