Patch ProjectG USA 852.00

Fix for ProjectG USA version 852.00.

• Enabling cookie items in the shop that have been disabled.
• Activating the cookie refill button.
• Activating the ticker button.
• Activating the Gacha button.
• Activating the nickname change button
• Activating the ranking system.

Note:
Compiled in Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017.
I didn't compile it in MinGW or Watcom

Thanks, this is very cool.

It will probably only work in MSVC for right now, but since this is quite an excellent set of features, I'll merge it anyways and try to fix it for other compilers later.
