v0.0.1 - Signs of life.

I would recommend checking back later; there is not very much here yet. Should you want to try this anyway, note the following:

1. It is recommended to run this from your PangYa client directory.
2. The default Rugburn configuration should be good enough to get the US Season 8 client to connect.
3. You will need to register an account; go to the webserver to register. (Default address will be http://localhost:8080/.

Most things are fake and trying to go in-game crashes :) You have been warned. Thank you for your interest.
