Version 0.4.0 (First Pre-1.0 Tag)

Sodium+ v0.4.0 is now ready to be tested in all platforms. Areas of interest include:

1. Documentation
   • Is the technical reference provided in v0.4.0 accurate? Helpful?
   • Is it easy to get started with sodium-plus?
   • Is it easy to figure out which function to use to solve common problems?
2. Feature-completeness
   • Are all libsodium-wrappers / sodium-native APIs covered by sodium-plus?
3. Security
   • Did we successfully avoid introducing security flaws in our library (n.b. that aren't present in the backends)?
4. Performance
   • Did we successfully avoid performance-killing bugs in our wrapper?
5. Improvements
   • If you're an open source developer with a JS background, and you see a way to improve the code, please let us know!
