Maintenance release: cleanup event page

This release changes the event HTML page to use the latest HousePortal's capabilities.

Maintenance release to keep up with changes in other services

This release includes the following changes:

• Add a "gear" field to the configuration, to hide sprinkler relays from the HouseLights service.
• Wait for HousePortal to start.
• Use the HousePortal's houseconfig module.
• Adjust events to the HousePortal implicit events.

Improved web API

The web API now reports the status using states consistent with controls.

Builds with echttp v1.4 (OpenSSL).

Control relays or triac output from a web API

This project allows any web client to control outputs, typically relays or triacs. The web UI allows some hardware testing (control each output) and monitoring (of events).
