Payflow SDK v5.02 for .NET and Java

• Fixed issue where RecurringResponse object was not returning all available values in the response. #40
• Added SCAEXEMPTION, CITDATE and VMAID under the Invoice` object to support Strong Customer Authentication.
• Added PAR and PARID under the credit card object.

Payflow SDK for Java v5.0

Here is the first office release of version 5 of the Payflow SDK for Java it was compiled on IntelliJ IDEA with Java 1.8.0_261.

Please review the CHANGELOG prior to deploying this SDK into a production environment as it is not fully backwards compatible with version 4 and could require minor code changes.
